Questions about Bookings

A booking is required to visit one of our escape rooms.

There are some public parking spaces directly in front of the escape room. If these are occupied, you can also reach us from the parking lot Am Hagen in less than a 5-minute walk.

The minimum age for a visit is 12 years. The booking must be made by an adult.

The intended number of players for our rooms is usually between 2 and 6. You can find the exact number for each room in its description. If this does not cover your group size, simply contact us by email and we will find a solution — promised!

Of course, just let us know before the game starts. You only need to pay for the number of players who actually participate.

Of course, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your booked appointment. Just contact us by email.

To ensure smooth gameplay we must insist on keeping to the schedule. If you arrive late, unfortunately you will lose some of your playing time.

Yes, our games can also be played by pregnant women. The rooms are generally equipped with several seating options.

No, even though fear is a very individual feeling, our games are not designed to evoke it.

Explicit violent content does not appear in our games. Some stories contain references to fictional violence. This is indicated in the description of those games.

No, the door through which you entered the game is never locked. You may leave the room at any time during the game, but the time continues to run.

Our games are intended for the general public and require no specialized knowledge. Everything you need to succeed in the game is located within the rooms.

Generally, the game itself lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Most teams spend around two hours with us per visit.

No, electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, or smartwatches may not be brought in. You can lock them in one of our lockers before the game. Suitable tools for solving the puzzles, such as notepads, are provided in the rooms.
