Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, if the contract specifies a particular date or period for the provision of the service.

In all other cases, consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NextExit Solutions GmbH, Zollergasse 6, 94315 Straubing, Send email ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point at which you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal relative to the total scope of the services specified in the contract.
